These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services, including the booking of airsoft games, account creation, and purchasing of airsoft products. 1. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

Customers are able to create an account without, which lets them book games and make purchases through our website. Accounts are not necessary to perform these functions but allow users more control over their information, bookings, and other services.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. All information provided to us through account creation remains confidential and is stored securely and encrypted. Your data will only be used for functions outlined in our privacy policy, and will not be shared with other third parties without your agreement. We will not use your data for marketing without your agreement. Your agreement can be changed any time through your account.

• You are prohibited from sharing your login details with others.
• DTW Airsoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any violations of our terms are detected.

2. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation

When booking airsoft games through our platform, customers are required to complete payment in full at the time of booking to secure their spot. Payment options include all major credit/debit cards and other methods listed on the checkout page.

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. This email serves as your proof of booking.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if unforeseen circumstances arise.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings to anyone, for any reason.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling by Customer: You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Cancellation by DTW Airsoft: If we cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or offered the option to reschedule. We will notify you via the contact information provided in your account.

Please note that refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will not be given to any player who is removed for not following the safety rules, who acts unsafe or creates an unsafe environment.

4. Player Eligibility and Participation Rules

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we have strict rules regarding player eligibility and conduct.

• Age Requirements: Players must be at least 11 years old to participate in games. Minors aged 11-17 may participate with a parent or legal guardian consent, who must sign a waiver on their behalf.
• Fitness and Health: By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and do not suffer from any medical conditions that could be exacerbated by participating in airsoft activities.
• Safety Gear: All players are required to wear appropriate protective gear, including but not limited to eye protection, face masks, and helmets. DTW Airsoft reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone not equipped with proper safety gear.
• Game Rules and Staff Instructions: Players must follow all game rules, as well as instructions provided by DTW Airsoft staff, at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the game without a refund.

DTW Airsoft reserves the right to stop any player for playing if they do not follow the rules set out in the disclaimer, or any player that is deemed to be acting in an unsafe manner. This is to ensure safety for the player in question, all other players, marshals and the general public.

5. Limitation of Liability

Airsoft is a physically demanding activity that involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that you assume all risks, including the risk of injury or loss of property.

DTW Airsoft is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during airsoft games, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

All players must sign a liability waiver before participating. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in the forfeiture of your booking without a refund.

Personal belongings brought onto the premises are the sole responsibility of the owner. DTW Airsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Player Conduct and Sportsmanship

At DTW Airsoft, we are committed to promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

• Fair Play: Cheating, including failing to acknowledge hits, is strictly prohibited. Any player found cheating will be removed from the game and may be banned from future events.
• Behavior: Offensive language, aggressive behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. Any player engaging in such conduct may be removed from the event without a refund.
• Equipment Tampering: Players are not allowed to tamper with equipment provided by DTW Airsoft or fellow participants. Any damage caused by a player's misconduct will be the player's financial responsibility.
• Equipment Tampering (own): All airsoft rifles and guns used on-site must be chronographed before playing, and must fall below the FPS limit of 340 FPS / 1.14 using 0.2g BBs. Once chronographed, players are not allowed to modify or tamper with their own guns. If doing so, you must chronograph again, or you will be removed from the game.

7. Purchasing Products from Our Store

• Product Availability: While we make every effort to keep our product listings up to date, all items are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide the option of a refund or an alternative product.
• Pricing and Payment: All prices listed on our website include VAT unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed during checkout.
• Returns and Exchanges: Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon delivery.
